TERMS & CONDITIONS – RETURN POLICY

Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns of new, unworn, and unwashed items only
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition with tags attached

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Sale, Discounted, Promotional and Giveaway Items or any items that were "Free with Purchase" 
  • Items returned more than 7 days after we issue a return label or return shipping address.
  • Items returned in unacceptable condition upon inspection
  • Shipping on original order WILL NOT be refunded.

Unacceptable Condition:

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. 

Items returned in a condition unfit for resale due to stains, odors, or signs of use or that have been altered in any way, are considered unacceptable and may be returned to the customer at their expense.   Alternatively, in certain cases, such items may be discarded at our discretion.

Store Credit :

Refunds for returned items will be issued as store credit via E-Gift Card unless otherwise specified by our team, and sent to the email address listed on the return within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.  

The amount of store credit issued is the amount paid for each item when the order was placed minus any shipping or insurance fees, which are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.  If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
