Shipping policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, this includes the time it takes to pick, pack and label your package. Usually our team is very quick in this process & most orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Time in transit is in addition to processing times and is dependent on the carrier and shipping destination.
Domestic Orders: 7-10 business days in transit
Total estimated delivery time is between 10-15 business days.
International Orders: 10-20 business days in transit
Total estimated delivery time is between 12-25 business days.
Once our fulfillment team packs your order, it will be picked up by the shipping courier and you will be notified via email with your tracking number. As excited as we are for you to receive your new products, please keep in mind there may be delays during transit that are beyond our control. We suggest contacting your package's shipping courier for any delivery questions you may have.
How can I check the status / track my order?
We send updates via email throughout the various order stages, including an initial order confirmation email, a shipping notification, when your order is out for delivery and once your order is delivered. If you have not received an update, you can send an email to dechirelifestyle@gmail.com or hit us up on IG @dechirelifestyle to receive on demand order status information.
NOTE* If you see "JAMAICA,NY" on your tracking link, do not worry, your order is not stuck, but is actually moving throughout the courier system & on its way to your local post office or UPS. Tracking link will automatically update.
What if my package is returned to DÉCHIRÉ?
If your package has made a U-turn, don't worry! Orders may be returned for a variety of reasons (an incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid duties, etc.). Whatever the reason may be, we can address the issue once your package has arrived at our warehouse.
Our Support Team will send you an email after to verify your address, and have your package reshipped as quickly as possible. If you'd rather, we can issue a refund instead (please note that if you opt for a refund, we cannot reimburse the original shipping costs).

Where can I find my tracking number?
You'll find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Below you'll find a breakdown of tracking number identifications and links that can be found in your shipping email.
- UPS domestic tracking numbers begin with 1Z.

UPS international tracking numbers begin with an 8.
- International shipments will also be handed off at customs to your local postal service. A new tracking number will be available to you on the UPS tracking page under "Shipment Details: Alternate Tracking Number(s)".
- USPS tracking numbers begin with a 9.
Why does my package say it was delivered but I haven’t received it yet?
Don't stress! We suggest double checking around your property, mailbox, front desk/locker area, and with neighbors first. 🃏
If your delivery address is in the United States:
It is recommended by the couriers we use to wait an additional 5 business days for delivery. It is very common for packages to be delivered a few days after initially being marked as delivered.
If your delivery address is outside of the United States:
Couriers recommend waiting an additional 2 business days for delivery. If you still haven't received your package by the third business day, please proceed in opening a claim through your local courier.
